These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MeanGreenCleaning.com and software, online services, portals, and business-management features operated by Mean Green Cleaning.
These services include customer-facing website features as well as authorized business-management functionality provided through the Mean Green Cleaning Operations Hub.
By using the applicable services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Mean Green Cleaning Services
Mean Green Cleaning provides cleaning and related services and may also provide online tools used to schedule, administer, deliver, and manage those services.
Mean Green Cleaning’s online and business-management systems may include functionality for:
- Customer and job management
- Online scheduling
- Employee scheduling
- Customer communications
- Expense management
- Receipt processing
- Payments and transaction records
- Employee and labor management
- Mileage and routing
- Inventory
- Invoices
- Financial and operational reporting
- Business notifications
- Other features related to the operation of Mean Green Cleaning
Features may be modified, improved, added, or removed over time.
2. Authorized Use
Users may access only those portions of Mean Green Cleaning’s systems that they are authorized to use.
Customers, employees, managers, administrators, and other authorized users may have different levels of access.
Users agree not to attempt to access information, functions, accounts, or administrative systems for which they have not been authorized.
3. Account and Credential Security
Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect passwords, authentication credentials, devices, and connected third-party accounts.
Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or compromised credentials to Mean Green Cleaning.
4. Google Account Integration
Certain Mean Green Cleaning business-management features may allow an authorized user to connect a Google account through Google OAuth.
Google authorization is optional unless a particular enabled feature requires access to a Google service.
Authorized Gmail access may be used to identify business-related:
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Billing notices
- Payment confirmations
- Order confirmations
- Payment-failure notices
Mean Green Cleaning currently uses Gmail access for read-only business-processing functions where such access has been authorized.
Mean Green Cleaning will request only the Google permissions reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
Users may revoke Google authorization through their Google Account settings.
Mean Green Cleaning’s handling of information obtained through Google services is also governed by the Mean Green Cleaning Privacy Policy.
5. Google API Data
Mean Green Cleaning does not sell information obtained from Google APIs.
Information received from Google APIs will be used and transferred in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google user data will not be used for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, generalized user profiling, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
6. Automated Processing
Mean Green Cleaning may use automated software to process authorized information.
Automated functionality may include:
- Identifying receipts
- Extracting expense information
- Identifying payment failures
- Categorizing business records
- Calculating routes or mileage
- Processing schedules
- Updating job information
- Synchronizing business records
Automated processing may occasionally produce incomplete or incorrect results because of unusual message formatting, inaccurate third-party information, network problems, software defects, or other conditions.
Material business or financial records should be reviewed when appropriate.
7. Financial, Tax, and Accounting Information
Mean Green Cleaning’s software may organize or calculate information relating to:
- Revenue
- Business expenses
- Mileage
- Labor costs
- Payments
- Taxes
- Deductible expenses
- Other financial information
Software-generated information does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, payroll, or financial advice.
Users remain responsible for determining whether records are accurate and appropriate for their particular legal, accounting, or tax requirements.
8. Third-Party Services
Mean Green Cleaning may integrate with third-party providers, including Google and other technology or payment providers.
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and availability.
Mean Green Cleaning does not control third-party outages, API changes, service changes, policy changes, or discontinuation of third-party features.
9. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Mean Green Cleaning’s website or software to:
- Violate applicable law
- Access another person’s account without authorization
- Circumvent security controls
- Interfere with the operation of Mean Green Cleaning systems
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Abuse connected APIs or third-party services
- Obtain or use Google user data outside the authorization provided by the user
- Sell or distribute Google user data obtained through Mean Green Cleaning systems
- Attempt to extract protected credentials or security information
- Use the service to engage in fraud or other unlawful conduct
10. Customer Service Information
Customers are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information when requesting, scheduling, or purchasing Mean Green Cleaning services.
Service estimates, schedules, appointment windows, pricing, cancellation requirements, payment requirements, and other service-specific terms may also be communicated separately during the scheduling or purchasing process.
Those terms supplement these Terms of Service where applicable.
11. Website and Software Availability
Mean Green Cleaning may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of its website or software when reasonably necessary.
Mean Green Cleaning does not guarantee that every online feature or third-party integration will be continuously available.
Some Mean Green Cleaning systems are designed to continue certain operations during network interruptions, but uninterrupted synchronization or connectivity is not guaranteed.
12. Intellectual Property
MeanGreenCleaning.com, the Mean Green Cleaning name and branding, the Mean Green Cleaning Operations Hub, associated software, original website content, interfaces, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by Mean Green Cleaning or their respective licensors.
Use of Mean Green Cleaning’s services does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property.
13. Privacy
Use of Mean Green Cleaning’s website and software is also governed by the Mean Green Cleaning Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mean Green Cleaning’s website and software are provided on an “as available” basis.
Mean Green Cleaning does not guarantee that every software feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, browser, third-party API, or external service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mean Green Cleaning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use its website or software.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Suspension and Termination
Mean Green Cleaning may restrict or terminate access to its systems when reasonably necessary because of:

- Unauthorized access
- Misuse
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Discontinuation of a service
- Legal requirements
Users may stop using applicable online services or revoke connected third-party permissions at any time.

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

That ties Mean Green Cleaning → MeanGreenCleaning.com → the Operations Hub → Gmail OAuth together cleanly instead of presenting Google with two apparently different brands.
